These are all things that you pay for, and you probably even know the amount or at least an estimate of what that amount is. You pay in money or maybe you're paying credit with the idea that you'll just keep working and pay it off as you have more money.

But there's another thing that you pay often and probably don't think about it in the same way as you do your dollars. That is your attention. You pay attention to a lot of different things. You pay in attention to websites, to social media, to organizations, to causes, to TV shows - any number of things.

You know, I've always been a fan of the low information diet, but it's kind of been hard to explain to people. Until now. I feel like with the consciousness around AI people are starting to better understand how AI works. Most people realize that it's based on the content that the algorithm is pulling from. So if you have the entire internet, who knows what crazy stuff you're gonna get back when you ask AI a question. But if you limit it to specific areas that you may get better results.

Well that's no different than our brain. Our brain is like our own personal algorithm. Our brain is like the bucket that all the information goes in and what you fill that bucket with matters. Because the bucket can only fill be filled with so much.

It reminds me of the story about somebody that has this massive warehouse that has nothing in it. Because they have all this space they feel like they can just continue to put things in and put more things in and next thing you know it's floor to ceiling, wall to wall with just stuff everywhere. some of the juice well some of it's not but there was space for it so why not just take it in until somebody says hey if you have whatever whatever it was that they were looking for and and the person's like uh can't really recall keep with their finger on it immediately because it's filled with so much stuff well that's like our brain is because you what you pay attention to is what you fill it with that's what your algorithm is pulling from so think about that with the the Content Library that you are amassing the experiences the information the thoughts the content the things that you pay attention to or what go into that and feed the outputs the outcomes that will come later on so as we go into the weekend I hope you pay attention to the right things I appreciate you paying attention to this to my videos if it's helpful I hope you'll share with others send them to jaredloftis.com otherwise I hope you have a good one and I'll catch you on the other side
